What is an ACH?
ACHs are independent, regional organizations. They work with their communities on specific health care and social needs-related projects and activities. ACHs play an integral role in Washington’s Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) efforts. Although MTP is Medicaid-focused, ACHs are working in many ways to improve the health of their communities as a whole.
Our Work: Community Care Hub
The Greater Health Now Community Hub centralizes referrals across the GHN region to connect people with free, culturally responsive health-related social services by coordinating care among community-based, behavioral health, and healthcare organizations.
Our Work: Workforce Development
Greater Health Now believes in investing in our future workforce to promote access in our community. We do this by partnering in short-term and long-term workforce development projects and initiatives.
